QSR Automations has an exciting opening for an innovative individual for the role of UI/UX Designer

Role:
While reporting to the Director of Technology Administration, the UI/UX Designer will work with the development team and business analysts in an agile development environment, to create designs primarily for websites, desktop and mobile application interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the in-house design team to create UX and visual design standards
- Audit existing product designs to document inconsistencies and suggest standards
- Create Sketch libraries, InVision wireframes, visual stylesheets, and icons to provide to development
- Cultivate user feedback through interviews with business leadership, research, surveys, user tests, and comparative analysis
- Gather data from existing user tests and create UX/UI road maps to provide to business analysts
- Advise and assist in creating a UX versioning process
- Create and present multiple design ideas/mockups quickly in an agile development environment

Required Skills and Traits:
- 3+ years of UI/UX Designer in a professional software development environment
- Proficient with creating wireframes, performing A/B testing, and writing user acceptance tests
- Experience with InVision and/or Sketch or similar tools
- Be self-directed and able to adjust pace to meet set delivery deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and switch focus as priorities shift in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to different client and industry settings
- Ability to build relationships and confidence to interact with executive-level leaders
- Ability to adjust and compromise when feedback on designs results in a change from original requirements

Desired Skills and Traits:
- Experience with Jira
